Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Service Manager, you will work alongside the Service Manager and the team to assist and enable the Manager and Team to provide high-quality support and care to individuals within their homes and in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day management of the service
  • Support the team in providing high-quality support and care to individuals
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement care plans
  • Contribute to the development of the service and its policies and procedures
  • Provide support and guidance to new staff members

Requirements

  • Experience in a care and support role
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleeping overnight at service users' homes
  • Full clean valid UK driving license and a car with business insurance
  • Commitment to working towards a QCF in Health and Social Care
