About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader in health and social care to join our team at Brook Street Social Care NMR as an Interim Service Manager.

As the Interim Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a supported living service in Colwyn Bay. Your role will include:

  • Leading and Supporting a Team: You will lead and support a team of care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Ensuring Compliance: You will ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Care Plan Development: You will develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Resource Management: You will manage budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: You will build strong relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies.

Key Requirements

  • Qualifications: A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience: Proven leadership experience in health and social care settings.
  • Skills: Strong managerial and organisational skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent care.
  • License: A full driving license and access to your own car are essential for this role.
