Job Title: Interim Supported Living Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and caring Service Manager to lead our Adult Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs services in Colwyn Bay. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for enabling people to live independent lives within their homes and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commitment to enabling people to live independent lives
  • QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Commitment to Continuous Professional Development
  • Good Communication and networking skills
  • Flexible approach to work and the needs of the service
  • Computer Literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

Requirements:

  • QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a deputy or service manager
  • Must be resilient
  • Drivers are ESSENTIAL
