Job Title: Interim Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Interim Service Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Adult Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs services in Colwyn Bay.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality support services to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including families, carers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform service development and improvement.
Requirements:
  • QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Deputy or Service Manager in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
