Job Title: Interim Service Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a caring and passionate Service Manager to lead our Adult Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs service in Colwyn Bay. The successful candidate will have a commitment to enabling people to live independent lives and will be responsible for managing and building positive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the team to deliver quality services to adults with learning disabilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and colleagues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a deputy or service manager
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
