We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism to live safe and fulfilled lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism in a 24/7 setting
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Support individuals to achieve their personal goals, learn new skills, and participate in community activities
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in a similar role
- Passion, resilience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
