The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and optimising our marketing automation activities to drive efficiency, improve customer engagement, and support our overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimise email marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage and segment contact databases for targeted and personalised communication.
  • Maintain lead scoring models to prioritise and qualify leads based on engagement and behaviour.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyse results to optimise email campaigns and automated marketing assets.
  • Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on marketing automation tools and processes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with Marketo and operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge of data management and segmentation.
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
