About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial growth strategy and drive sales growth in our contract manufacturing business. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in our contract manufacturing business
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and close deals
- Work closely with our engineering team to develop and deliver high-quality components on time
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability
About the Company:
Our client is a successful and profitable subcontract manufacturing company based in the Northwest of England. We have invested heavily in new machinery and technology, and we are now looking for a senior sales professional to take the company to full capacity and drive growth.
