  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and present sales reports to senior management, analyzing sales data and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and coaching to sales executives to improve their skills and performance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with senior management, sales executives, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a B2B cold calling environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and coaching skills, ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
