About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Service Development Support Lead to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Digital Service Development Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service excellence, ensuring timely responses to customer requests and monitoring progress through to completion.
- Provide administrative management and support for MPFT Digital projects, ensuring successful transition into business as usual.
- Coordinate and control new supplier agreements, including contracts, performance reports, and meeting minutes.
- Support Trust-wide MPFT Digital service development improvements, managing documentation and liaising with other teams.
- Facilitate supplier review meetings and manage the update and escalation of business-as-usual MPFT Digital queries and SSHIS incidents and problems.

Person Specification
Essential
- NVQ 4 in Business Administration or equivalent level in a relevant subject.
- Experience in an administrative role, supporting a number of other team members.
- Experience of taking ownership of areas of work and engaging with other team members to ensure work is completed on time.
- Experience of providing good customer service to internal or external customers.
Desirable
- Experience working in the NHS, either directly on or in support of IT implementation programmes.
- Experience understanding and reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports.
Skills
Essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and of others efficiently.
- Technical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, in particular SharePoint and Teams, with a willingness to further develop technical skills in this area.
Desirable
- Good understanding of ICT security issues relevant to Healthcare.
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
