Peripatetic Support Manager

Aspirations Care Ltd seeks a dynamic leader to drive success and motivate excellence as a Peripatetic Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide interim and ongoing support to selected services or registered locations.
  • Support local teams to drive quality of services by effective leadership and promoting best practice in line with Aspirations Policies and Procedures.
  • Ensure compliance and delivery of service in accordance with regulatory and company standards, promoting our values and behaviours.
  • Deliver excellent service in line with quality and commercial expectations.
  • Evaluate and escalate any issues, concerns, or feedback to operational and support function leads.
  • Support the recruitment and induction process for new starters or internal promotions.
  • Be part of the operational regional on-call team, escalating to SEER as required.
