Quantity Surveying Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveying Lead to join our team in the Civil Engineering industry.
Job Description- Play a crucial role in managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects.
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget by implementing effective cost control measures.
- Mentor junior and intermediate quantity surveyors and promote a collaborative team environment.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying or cost management within the Civil Engineering industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and proficiency in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - 70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a pension scheme, death in service, group income protection, private medical insurance, and a generous holiday allowance.
