Job Summary

As a Digital Service Development Support Lead at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of our digital services. Main Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service excellence, ensuring timely responses to customer requests and monitoring progress through to completion.
  • Provide administrative management and support, ensuring the successful transition of digital projects into business as usual.
  • Coordinate supplier agreements, including contracts, performance reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Support Trust-wide digital service development improvements, managing documentation and liaising with other teams.

Person Specification

  • NVQ 4 in Business Administration or equivalent level in a relevant subject.
  • Experience in an administrative role, supporting multiple team members.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload and others efficiently.
