Supporting Young People in Care
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Childcare Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of person-centered approaches and trauma-informed practice, with the ability to work effectively with children and young people.

About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and patience. You will work closely with children's services, health agencies, and other community-based services to provide effective support and guidance.

Responsibilities:
  • To work with children and young people using person-centered approaches and trauma-informed practice.
  • To work co-operatively with children's services, health agencies, and other community-based services.
  • To take responsibility for complex cases and situations.
  • To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • NISCC Registration
  • A full clean driving license with business insurance
  • HNC/HND in a relevant subject or equivalent qualification plus one year's relevant experience
