Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000-£35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
As a Residential Childcare Practitioner, you will work with children and young people using person-centered approaches and trauma-informed practice to achieve positive outcomes. You will be responsible for working co-operatively with children's services, health agencies, and other community-based services to provide effective support. You will also take responsibility for complex cases and situations, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve high-quality, safe practice and service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • NISCC Registration
  • A full clean driving license with business insurance
  • HNC/HND in a relevant subject or equivalent qualification plus one year's relevant experience
