About the Position
As a Residential Support Professional with Total Care Recruitment, you will be part of a team that provides individualized therapeutic residential services for young people in care. Your role will involve working with children and youth using person-centered approaches and trauma-informed practice to achieve positive outcomes. You will collaborate with children's services, health agencies, and community-based services to provide effective support for children, youth, and families. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will take responsibility for complex cases and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe practice and service. The successful candidate will also apply safeguarding and child protection procedures. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, youth, and colleagues alike. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Compensation for this role is estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. We offer weekly pay, 24/7 support, and supervision from our dedicated team of professional social workers.
