A comprehensive role for a Care and Support Professional is available at Apex Housing Association in L'Derry. As a key member of the team, you will provide 24-hour support services to individuals with mild to moderate learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being. The ideal candidate should possess QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification and 6 months experience in a care/support role, along with previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities/mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide person-centred care and support to tenants
  • To promote the independence and well-being of service users
  • To work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve set objectives

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include 20-23 days annual leave plus 12 public holidays, contributory pension scheme, enhanced sick pay, maternity pay, and paternity pay.
