At North West Care and Support, we are currently recruiting for a dedicated Community Care Professional to join our team. This role involves providing complex care packages to individuals in the community, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.

The ideal candidate will have a full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle, allowing them to travel to various locations throughout the day. Previous experience in caring is desirable but not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centered care and promoting independence in the community. As a Community Care Professional, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12-15 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a guaranteed rota, you will also receive annual leave on a pro-rata basis, NISCC post-registration training, and CPD-approved certificates for your continued professional development.
