Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of £2.08, plus 20p per mile mileage allowance. We also offer a range of benefits, including annual leave on a pro rata basis, QCF Levels 2, 3 and 5 qualifications, and internal career progression opportunities.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our community care team as a Care Support Professional. The ideal candidate will have experience in promoting person-centered care, delivering dignity and respect, and working well in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will need to possess a full driving licence, access to a motor vehicle, and be able to promote and deliver person-centered care. They will also need to be well-organised, professional, and caring, with excellent communication skills.
