We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Live Connected, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adults with mental ill health/learning disabilities/dementia/complex needs.

As a Care Professional with us, no two days will be the same. You will work in supported living environments, providing person-centred care and support to individuals with unique needs.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £12.50 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking for a fulfilling career in care.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking daily living tasks as agreed with service users and their families
  • Working within our policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective care
  • Completing regular health and safety checks to maintain a safe working environment
  • Lone working with confidence, in line with our risk assessments

In addition to your core duties, you will also have opportunities to develop and maintain professional relationships with service users and the wider multidisciplinary team.
