Job Title: Care Worker in the Community

Salary: £13-£16 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description: We require a motivated and empathetic individual to work as a Care Worker in the Community. This role involves supporting an individual with daily living activities, including personal care and household management. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to promote dignity and respect, and have a passion for working in the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to promote and deliver person-centered care
  • Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
  • Full driving license and access to a motor vehicle
  • Previous experience in care is desirable
