We are currently seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team at Daleview House, a registered Nursing Home in the Waterside area of Derry~Londonderry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to our residents, working closely with our dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of care are met. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the dignity and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, responding to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Participate in resident assessments, contributing to the development of personalized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  1. A QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent is required.
  2. Current registration with NISCC or willingness to register within 6 months.
  3. At least 6 months' experience in a caring/support role with vulnerable adults.
  4. Commitment to ongoing professional development, including completion of QCF Level 2 Health and Social Care.
