Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide support for vulnerable adults in a care or nursing home sector in the Derry area. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents.
About the Role:
- Provide personal care and support to residents as needed
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Support residents with their mobility needs using a hoist
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and activity
Requirements:
- 1 year experience working in a care or nursing home setting
- Ability to use a hoist and provide catheter care
- Valid AccessNI clearance
- Reliable and flexible team player
What We Offer:
