Job Description: As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients in Derry/Londonderry. Your primary duties will include:

  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
  • The ability to promote and deliver person-centered care
  • Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
  • Be well-organized, professional, and caring
  • Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care

Benefits and Salary: The salary for this position is approximately £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
