Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to complement their needs, achieving daily sales targets
- Be self-aware and take responsibility for your own learning and development
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a friendly, engaging, and positive store environment
- Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.70 (increasing to £12.05 after completing the required retail induction)
- A generous staff discount scheme, some of which can be shared with family and friends
- Holiday entitlement that increases with service

- Good availability for weekend and weekday working
- Previous experience in a sales or customer care environment is desirable, but not essential
