Role Overview:
HORIZON CARE AND EDUCATION provides specialist support services to young people, empowering them to live independently. As an Independent Living Expertise Provider, you will play a crucial role in helping young people develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in adulthood.

Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Developing and delivering personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
* Providing expert guidance on independent living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support services are provided
