We're seeking an Independent Living Coach to join our team at Sensity CA. As an Independent Living Coach, you'll work with individuals with dual sensory impairment to support their daily living needs and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to promote independence and confidence.
  • Support daily living activities, such as meal preparation, house cleaning, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide personal care and assistance as needed, including lifts and transfers, toileting, and medication administration.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for this position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors is an asset.
  • Knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) or Signed Exact English (SEE) is preferred.
