As a Personal Care Assistant (PA) with Independent Living Alternatives, you will play a vital role in empowering disabled individuals to live independently. This diverse position combines personal care fundamentals with the opportunity to gain insight into an individual's life and skills.

You will support disabled people in the workplace with administrative and practical tasks, such as note-taking and filing, promoting their independence and autonomy.
