We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supported Housing Officer to join our team at Sapphire Independent Housing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective support to residents, including assessing clients' suitability for acceptance to the hostel, advising them of welfare benefits, housing, training, and employment opportunities.

This role requires someone with experience in supported housing, who has a thorough knowledge of welfare benefits, including housing benefit, and a proactive approach to rent arrears.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build good working relationships with clients, identify and assess risk, and produce outcome-focused support plans.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
