About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Visitor Experience Manager to lead our Visitor Experience team at Box Hill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional visitor experiences and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable and enjoyable time at our iconic location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Visitor Experience team to deliver high-quality visitor services and experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve visitor engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of visitor services
  • Manage and develop a team of Welcome & Service Assistants and volunteers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high presentation standards
  • Develop and deliver seasonal events and activities to engage visitors and promote the National Trust's work
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver high-quality visitor experiences
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality visitor experiences
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
