Job Title: Business Development Manager - Leisure Sector
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bromley. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve team performance.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities for membership sales.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action.
- Training and Development: Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Duty Management: Fulfill duty management shifts as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 1 year's experience in sales or management within the leisure or hospitality industry. You must be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for wellbeing/activity.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and progression.
