Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily office tasks via Trello and ensure timely completion by our dedicated staff members.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any business-related issues, providing expert guidance and support when needed.
  • Monitor the New Posts queue in our CRM system and allocate resources efficiently to maintain seamless operations.
  • Collaborate closely with our Accounts and Operations teams to investigate payment and accounting queries, driving transparency and accuracy throughout the organization.
About the Role
