Business Development Specialist

**About the Role**
Austin Fraser is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their team as a Field-based Merchandiser. This role will cover the areas of Orpington, Croydon, and surrounding regions.
The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organization skills, numerical and written abilities, and a full UK driving license. Experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is desirable but not essential.
As a dynamic Field Sales Merchandiser, you'll focus on stock management, shelf management, promotional compliance, and relationship building with grocery multiples within your territory.

**What We Offer:**
