We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our Facilities Management team at GCP Facilities in Kent. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Foster and strengthen existing relationships with clients
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets
