Job Summary:

Hobson Prior is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Database Developer to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining databases for clinical research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Database Design and Development: Create database specifications based on clinical research needs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  2. Database Management: Build, validate, and maintain databases for clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Data Management Planning: Develop data management plans and guidelines to ensure data quality and consistency.
  4. Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and study site staff on database usage and data management best practices.
  5. Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of data management processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  7. Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, auditors, inspectors, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  2. Advanced Education: Master's or Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus.
  3. Language Skills: Fluency in English and local language, if different.
