Company Overview:

The People Development Manager will work closely with the publishing teams to drive organisational development and change, talent management, performance management, reward and learning and development.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This role involves providing expert HR advice and guidance to the publishing teams, supporting them in implementing effective HR practices and policies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive organisational development and change initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement training programs to improve people management skills.
  3. Manage employee relations activity, including investigations and swift resolution of ER issues.
  4. Assist with ongoing review of policies and communications to ensure they are compliant and aligned to business goals.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* CIPD Qualified (min level 5)
* Strong people skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage competing priorities.
* Skilled in organisational development and change, talent management, performance management, reward and learning and development.
* Proven experience in resolving complex HR issues in a tactical but people-first manner.
* Deep understanding and proven experience of UK Employment Law & HR Practices.
* Comfortable utilising a range of HR systems for performance management, L&D and HR Admin.
