London, Greater London, United Kingdom Sylvera Limited Full time

Sylvera Limited is an innovative company that provides carbon data for genuine climate impact. We're seeking a skilled People Partner to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

This role involves partnering with managers to provide guidance on performance, engagement, and career development, driving initiatives to develop a high-performing culture, and supporting employees throughout their journey at Sylvera.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing guidance to managers on performance management, employee engagement, and career development
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to improve organisational culture and performance
  • Supporting employees through onboarding, training, and career progression
  • Managing employee relations, including HR policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Conducting regular reviews and making recommendations to improve employee engagement and wellbeing

We're looking for someone with 4-6 years of experience in a People function, preferably in a venture-backed environment. You'll need a bias for 'done' rather than 'perfect', a proven ability to equip and challenge managers, increase talent density, and naturally contribute to the office vibe.

Salary and Benefits

We estimate this role is competitively paid £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and location. Our benefits package includes equity in a rapidly growing startup, private health insurance, unlimited annual leave, enhanced parental leave, access to mental health support, and more.
