Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordination Specialist to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will be responsible for creating efficient and compliant rotas using a computer-based roster system. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Create and manage staff rotas to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain referral trackers to optimize workforce capacity.
  • Work closely with our Recruitment Team to identify new opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Health and Social Care or related field.
  • Proven experience in rota management and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
