Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our Occupational Health Department, you will provide high-quality, comprehensive occupational health services to our clients, including case management, pre-workforce screening, vaccination, and phlebotomy services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national guidance into occupational health policy
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on occupational health matters
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • NMC registered as Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health with at least five years post-registration experience
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and OH computer systems
  • Ability to provide and receive highly complex or contentious information
