As a key member of our Occupational Health Department, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality, comprehensive Occupational Health service to our clients.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on occupational health matters to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement occupational health policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks to employees and clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and other healthcare professionals.
- Registered as a Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- At least five years of post-registration experience in occupational health or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and occupational health computer systems.
- MSc in Occupational Health or a related field.
- Counselling qualification.
- NEBOSH certificate or diploma.
