Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist Practitioner to join our team. As a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Adviser, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, comprehensive occupational health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement national guidance into occupational health policy
- Provide and receive highly complex or contentious information which requires motivational, negotiating, empathetic or reassurance skills and information may be hostile, antagonistic or highly emotive
- Manage personal emotions and stress when under stress and pressure and provide empathy and support to others when under pressure when they are in difficult situations
- Develop trust and credibility rapidly to work professionally with all grades of staff inspiring confidence
- NMC registered as Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health with at least five years post registration experience
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft office and OH computer systems
- Ability to work to Key performance indicators
