About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sutton Health and Care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to assess and treat individuals with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled occupational therapy services across the team, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
  • Participate in developing and monitoring the service, ensuring that it meets the needs of our patients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and good working relationships with statutory, voluntary, and independent organizations.
  • Actively participate in audit, service progression, and role development to drive continuous improvement.
