Senior Occupational Health Nurse Adviser

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Adviser, you will play a key role in providing high-quality occupational health services to our clients.
Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive occupational health services to clients, including case management, pre-workforce screening, vaccination, and phlebotomy services.
- Work closely with clients to develop and implement occupational health policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to minimize workplace hazards.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote occupational health and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- NMC registered as Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health with at least five years post-registration experience.
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and OH computer systems.
- Ability to provide and receive highly complex or contentious information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to manage personal emotions and stress when under pressure.
