Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services across the team, including assessment and treatment planning for patients referred.
- Participate in developing and monitoring the service, ensuring that it meets the needs of our patients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and other professionals to ensure effective patient enablement and development of good working relationships with statutory, voluntary, and independent organizations and agencies.
- Actively participate in audit, service progression, and role development, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience of acute working (desirable)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize work
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Experience of carrying out audit (desirable)
