Senior Sister/Charge Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Emergency Department at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
- Conduct regular appraisals and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices to ensure evidence-based care.
- Registered Nurse with postgraduate qualifications and experience in emergency nursing.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
