Occupational Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Adviser, you will provide high-quality occupational health services to our clients, working closely with our OH team to ensure timely and customer-oriented service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive occupational health services to clients, including case management, pre-workforce screening, vaccination, and phlebotomy services.
- Work closely with the OH team to develop and implement national guidance into occupational health policy.
- Manage personal emotions and stress when under pressure, providing empathy and support to others in difficult situations.
- Develop trust and credibility rapidly to work professionally with all grades of staff, inspiring confidence.

Person Specification- NMC registered as Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health with at least five years post-registration experience.
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and OH computer systems.
- Ability to provide and receive highly complex or contentious information, requiring motivational, negotiating, empathetic, or reassurance skills.
