Customer Experience Specialist

Laka is a pioneering insurance company that's transforming the industry by connecting passionate cyclists and protecting their bikes. As our new Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be at the heart of this revolution, providing exceptional support to our customers and helping them navigate any challenges they may face.
The role will involve working closely with our CX team to deliver a seamless experience for our members, from initial inquiries to claims resolution. You'll be the first point of contact for general and claim-related enquiries, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about cycling and has a strong empathy for our customers. If you have a good understanding of technical terms in cycling and enjoy helping people going through tough times, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You'll also have the chance to work on exciting projects with our Marketing, Product, and Technology teams, helping us continue to innovate and improve our services.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including share options, a company bonus scheme, and private medical insurance.
