Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for helping guests and creating positive experiences, managing hotel room inventory, operating Food & Beverage outlets, and managing all bills and payments correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Helping guests and creating positive experiences
  • Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
  • Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
  • Manage all bills and payments correctly


Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also need to follow all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to work safely.

Benefits: As an employee of Moxy London Excel, you will receive a competitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
