Financial Services Administrator

At Profiles Personnel, we are seeking a professional Financial Services Administrator to join our administrative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a year's experience in financial services administration, preferably in client and advisor support. The ideal candidate will possess LP2 or CII qualifications, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with policy providers for policy details and obtaining policy illustrations.
  • Processing new business applications, tracking to completion.
  • Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings, including the production of annual planning meeting packs.
  • Responding to enquiries and liaising directly with clients.
  • Sending prepared investment information and reports to clients.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Requirements:

  • At least a year's experience in financial services administration, preferably in client and advisor support.
  • LP2 or CII qualifications advantageous.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills essential.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Confident interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
