Financial Services Administrator
At Profiles Personnel, we are seeking a professional Financial Services Administrator to join our administrative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a year's experience in financial services administration, preferably in client and advisor support. The ideal candidate will possess LP2 or CII qualifications, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaising with policy providers for policy details and obtaining policy illustrations.
- Processing new business applications, tracking to completion.
- Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings, including the production of annual planning meeting packs.
- Responding to enquiries and liaising directly with clients.
- Sending prepared investment information and reports to clients.
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Requirements:
- At least a year's experience in financial services administration, preferably in client and advisor support.
- LP2 or CII qualifications advantageous.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Confident interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
