Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and organized Operations Administrator to drive efficiency and keep our client's department running smoothly. This is a varied role that involves performing general administrative tasks, tracking KPIs, organizing office logistics, and being part of a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have experience in administration or operations support with strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency. They will be an excellent communicator, be proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Track inventory levels and support procurement of operational supplies.
- Identify and propose improvements for operational processes.
- Coordinate daily departmental activities to ensure smooth workflow.
